Return Policy

At Gurra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

• Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 10 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase(Except COD).

• Shipping fees and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and a video of the unboxing (opening the package) showing the defect..

• We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on availability.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase before they are shipped.

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you will need to follow the return process.
