How to Place a Return?

• Mail the unboxing video of the product to gurrafashion@gmail.com.

2. Submit Return Request:

• Provide the reason for return in the form.
• Attach clear product images & unboxing video in the email.

3. Product Pickup:

• The item will be picked up after verification of the submitted images and condition.

4. Refund Processing:

• Refund will be initiated within 10 days after verification of the returned product.
• A ₹50-100 deduction applies for shipping charges.
• If the product does not meet return conditions, no refund will be issued.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method(Except for COD).
